Our second alternative suggestion for a trip İn Bursa for two days is to start from Yıldırım Külliyesi (Yıldırım Social Compex) that is located in east part of the city. You must visit Darüşifa that was the first modern hospital of the world and is located in the east of the complex. You can have your breakfast at place of Börekçi Şevket (who makes various pasties) after visiting Yıldırım Külliyesi (Yıldırım Social Complex).
The second address will be Emir Sultan Külliyesi (Emir Sultan was groom of Sultan Yıldırım and one of Evliyas (Saints)). Meanwhile a special note about Emir Sultan Külliyesi that it is the most visited place after Eyüp Sultan Mausoleum in Istanbul.
Your next stop might be Yeşil Külliye (Green Social Complex) after Emir Sultan Külliyesi (Emir Sultan Social Complex). Yeşil Külliye is one of the symbols of Bursa and it includes Yeşil Cami (Green Mosque) and Yeşil Türbe (Green Mausoleum). You can take a rest by drinking a Turkish coffee at Yeşil Kahvehane (Green Coffeehouse).
An important note, do not forget visiting Turkish Islamic Arts Museum that is part of Green Social Complex (Yeşil Külliye). You can see an historical place, Mahfel Kahvesi (Mahfel Coffehouse) on your left side and Setbaşı Köprüsü (Setbaşı Bridge) respectively while walking from Yeşil Külliye to Statue of Atatürk (in city center). Mahfel means assembly area. In there, you can drink tea and eat simit (Turkish bagels).
Or before crossing the bridge (Setbaşı) you can go to Irgındı Çarşılı Köprüsü (Irgındı Bridge with Bazaar) built in 1442 and have a look at craftsmen working. Please keep in mind that there are only four of those bridges in the world. If you turn right from Irgındı you can see and go to Gökdere Medresesi  (Gökdere Madrasah). For those who do not know, madrasah is theological school of Moslems. In the meanwhile if you have time more you can visit Tofaş Araba Müzesi (Tofaş Car Museum).
When you get across Setbaşı Bridge you will see the Statue of Ataturk and a small square its beyond.  There are two reciprocal buildings in the square. One of them (on the right side) is Bursa Şehir Müzesi (Bursa City Museum) so that it will teach you much more about Bursa.
After Bursa City Museum, you can verge to Atatürk Street where historical inns (han) are on the left side or you can walk up to Hisar Bölgesi (fortress area) beyond car park (keeping the city museum on your left).
If your choice is the second one (fortress area) you can reach to İbrahim Paşa Caddesi (İbrahim Pasha Boulevard) by keeping track of Güllü Sokak (Güllü Street). After a while, by walking up the street, you can see İbrahim Paşa Hamamı (İbrahim Pasha Turkish Bath). Besides, Tahtakale Çarşısı (Tahtakale Bazaar) may be your next stop after walking through Musluhittin, Akbıyık and Maksema Sokağı (Streets) respectively.
Bursa Castle and historical fortress area is on the left side of Osmangazi Caddesi (Osmangazi Street). Besides in this area Haraçcıoğlu Medresesi (Haraçcıoğlu Madrasah), Üftade Cami (Üftade Mosque) and Üftade Türbesi (Uftade Mausoleum), Yerkapı Cami (Yerkapı Mosque), Kavaklı Cami (Kavaklı Mosque, Lala Şahin Paşa  Medresesi (Lala Şahin Pasha Madrasah) upper side of the area you can see Molla Fenari Cami (Molla Fenari Mosque), Alacahırka Cami (Alacahırka Mosque) and renovated Kale Sokak (Kale Street).
Besides in the same neighborhood, Gazi Timurtaş Paşa Türbesi (Ghazi Timurtaş Pasha Mauspelum) and Okçu Baba Türbesi (Archer Father Mausoleum) in the entrance of Osman Gazi Caddesi on the corner of Kazım Baykal Caddesi (Kazım Baykal Street). When you walk down the street you can see Osman Gazi Türbesi (Osman Ghazi Mausoleum – who is the founder of Ottoman Empire) and Orhan Gazi Türbesi (Orhan Ghazi Mausoleum – who is son of Osman Ghazi and also conqueror of Bursa).
When you finish visiting the mausoleums you can see historical clock tower and Statue of Martyrs in Tophane Park. Your next stop after Tophane might be Muradiye Külliyesi (Muradiye Social Complex) keeping track of Kaplıca Caddesi (Kaplica Street) following Hasta Yurdu Caddesi (Hasta Yurdu Street).
We will continue our notes in next article that is about our 2nd option to make a trip in Bursa describing Muradiye Külliyesi.
